The Kaduna State House of Assembly on Thursday passed into law a bill to establish the State Road Agency (KADRA).
According to the Speaker of the house, Aminu Abdullahi Shagali who was represented by his deputy, John Audu Kwaturu; the essence of establishing the law cited as the Kaduna State Roads Agency 2017′ was to have a body that will undertake the construction and maintenance of roads in the state.
