“The Corps Marshal/CEO of the Kaduna State Traffic Laws Enforcement Authority (KASTLEA), Carla Abdulmalik, has described the many achievements of the Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, in the development of the state, especially in the area of road rehabilitation and upgrading across the state.
Carla Abdulmalik outlined these achievements in a statement she issued to congratulate Governor Uba Sani on his third year in office.
